What is rhassoul clay?

Rhassoul clay, also known as ghassoul clay, is a natural mineral rich clay. It is brown to beige colour clay and is from Morocco.

The composition of our rhassoul clay powder is 100% Moroccan lava clay. Rhassoul clay is mined from the Atlas mountains in Eastern Morocco.

What is rhassoul clay used for?

Rhassoul clay is often used in skin and hair care products like face masks, hair conditioners, facial treatments, cleansing lotions, hair washing shampoo, hair masks, dry shampoo, makeup bases, and soap.

It is great for improving overall scalp and hair health as well as skin health. It provides exfoliating properties and has rejuvenating properties. Rhassoul clay powder can be used on all skin types including sensitive skin, oily skin and combination skin.

Rhassoul clay is also improves skin elasticity and is very efficient at absorbing excess oils in both skin and oily hair types.

Make your own clay face mask with rhassoul clay

Ingredients:

• Water 10g
• Honey 2g
• Rhassoul clay 15g
• Rosehip oil 2g 

Method:

1. Measure the water and honey into a bowl and mix
2. Add the rhassoul clay until fully combined.
3. Add the rosehip oil and combine.
4. Once all of the ingredients are mixed well, it is ready to use!
